JT20CL franchise bids are open to:

  • Companies incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013.
  • LLPs registered under the LLP Act, 2008.
  • Consortia of eligible entities with a designated lead member.

Applicants must also:

Have an office in Jharkhand.
Not be under insolvency, winding-up, or debt restructuring.
Have no criminal, fraud, match-fixing, corruption, or money-laundering issues.
Not be blacklisted by BCCI, JSCA, or any government authority.
Have no betting or gambling association.
Disclose conflicts of interest immediately.
